Dr. Martens: Market Interaction Lead
Dr. Martens is more than a brand - it’s a global icon with over 60 years of attitude, heritage, and cultural impact. We’re a thriving, values-driven business powered by diverse thinkers, bold doers, and people who bring their whole selves to work. If you’re ready to make your mark, you’re in the right place.
At DM, our values guide everything we do: Be Yourself, Act Courageously, Show You Care. They’re not just words - they’re how we turn passion into progress.
Where You Sit
As our Market Interaction Lead, you’ll be part of the Marketplace & GTM team, working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Head of Market Interaction. You’ll be right at the heart of fast-moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
Where You Contribute
This is a global role, working across key markets and wholesale partners to bring consumer, commercial, and partner insight into product and go-to-market decisions.
- You work closely with local teams and B2B partners to understand what is resonating with consumers and where the biggest opportunities exist - from product and pricing through to storytelling and activation - and translate this into clear recommendations that shape footwear and accessories product, range, and GTM plans.
- Sitting at the intersection of product, merchandising, and commercial teams, you'll help ensure we build the right product, tell the right stories, and make the right decisions around the world.
- You're not just coordinating the process - you're bringing a strong commercial and product point of view, helping the business make better decisions, earlier.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
