Market Operations Manager
We’re looking for a Market Operations Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of iGaming affiliate sites across multiple markets.
This is a growth role. You’ll make sure your sites perform at their best across content, SEO, UX, commercial performance and compliance, while working closely with teams across the business. You’ll also use AI and automation to improve how we work and scale quality.
What you’ll do
- Site Ownership & Growth: Own day-to-day site performance, monitor key metrics and identify opportunities across UX, content, monetisation and market positioning.
- Content & Quality: Manage content from brief to publication, coordinating writers, freelancers and AI-generated content while ensuring accuracy, localisation and quality.
- Site & Content Performance: Keep content, links, offers and banners current, and monitor rankings, traffic, CTR, conversions and revenue.
- Compliance & Responsible Gambling: Maintain market-specific compliance, responsible gambling and age messaging, acting quickly on regulatory changes.
- Offers, Widgets & Promotions: Partner with Sales to manage offers, placements, widgets, casino cards and toplists, keeping bonuses and T&Cs accurate and up to date.
- Video, Social & Streamers: Coordinate video and social assets, manage streamer pages and integrations, and monitor creator content performance.
- AI & Innovation: Use AI and automation to improve workflows, quality and scalability, while exploring new content, UX and feature opportunities.
- Market Awareness: Stay current on iGaming trends, competitors, regulatory developments, operator activity and changes in SEO and AI-driven search.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, Content, Sales, CRM, Social, Design, Video, Marketing and Tech to coordinate priorities and keep projects moving.
- Operational Excellence: Manage workflows through Jira, flag technical issues early and maintain clear visibility of priorities, progress and actions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
