We work across consulting and enterprise software, supporting organizations facing complex technology and operational challenges.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Market Research Associate to support industry research, competitive analysis, and commercial strategy.

You’ll help Fitzroy understand target markets, buyer priorities, competitors, and emerging opportunities across enterprise technology and industrial sectors.

What You’ll Do

  • Research industries, companies, and market trends
  • Analyze competitors and comparable products
  • Build target-account and market-mapping lists
  • Study procurement processes and customer priorities
  • Support research for consulting and product initiatives
  • Summarize findings in clear reports and presentations
  • Work closely with leadership on commercial priorities

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Clear written communication
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Interest in business, technology, and markets
  • Ability to organize and simplify complex information
  • Dependable and comfortable working independently

Nice to Have

  • Experience with market research or competitive analysis
  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or research databases
  • Interest in enterprise software or technology consulting
  • Background in business, economics, engineering, or computer science
  • Previous research, internship, or academic project experience
