Talentmark are recruiting for a Marketing Insights Analyst to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 10 months. This role is Hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days per week in Burgess Hill.

Salary
- £220 - £250 per day, PAYE
- OR
- £291.36 - £331.10 per day, Umbrella
Marketing Insights Analyst Role
- Help to build and run the Customer Experience strategy, including regular feedback measurement and follow-up.
- Produce market size and share reports, spotting key trends along the way.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to support smarter business decisions.
- Run market research (both quantitative and qualitative) on specific topics.
- Use external data to help shape targeted marketing and sales campaigns.

Your Background
- Experience in a data-driven role.
- Comfortable turning data into clear, actionable insights, using analysis and visualisation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curious, analytical mindset and a fast learner.
- Experience with healthcare data or market research is a plus, but not essential.
