Internal Recruitment Opportunity Internal Job Grade: P2
We are looking for a Market Research Specialist to provide market, competitor, and industry insights to support business and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Research the CFD, online trading, and wider fintech market.
- Monitor competitors, products, pricing, platforms, and market positioning.
- Identify industry trends, client trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Produce competitor analysis, market reports, and management insights.
- Support product development, launches, and new market opportunities.
- Work with Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Compliance teams on research requirements.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the CFD/online trading industry and our business model.
- Good understanding of our products, clients, and competitive environment.
- Strong research, analytical, and commercial-thinking skills.
- Ability to translate data and market information into practical business insights.
- Good written, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- UK Level 7 qualification or equivalent, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, Analytics, Fintech, or another relevant discipline.
