Market Stall Manager
Love the buzz of a market? Passionate about incredible Middle Eastern food? This is for you. Arabica has been a cornerstone of Borough Market for over two decades, delighting Londoners and tourists alike with vibrant, authentic flavours from the Levant. Our iconic market stall is where it all began, and it remains the beating heart of our business. We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Market Server to be the face of Arabica in London's most famous food destination. You'll be working at the centre of the action, serving up our delicious wraps, mezze boxes, and pastries to a constant stream of eager food lovers. Responsibilities
- Greeting every customer with a warm and genuine welcome.
- Guiding customers through our menu, explaining our dishes with passion and knowledge.
- Taking orders and handling payments swiftly and accurately at our busy counter.
- Assembling customer orders, ensuring every dish is presented beautifully.
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organisation at the stall.
- Working closely with the kitchen and the rest of the front-of-house team to create a seamless and positive experience.
- Embodying the vibrant, friendly, and high-quality spirit of Arabica.

Requirements
- A natural people-person with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and stays calm under pressure.
- A genuine passion for food is a must; an interest in Middle Eastern cuisine is a huge plus!
- Previous experience in a busy café, counter-service, or street food role is highly desirable.
- An excellent communicator who is reliable, punctual, and a true team player.
- You must be happy to be on your feet and ready for a physically active role.
