Role Description
The Marketer role at Foskett Marketing Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Northampton. In this role, the Marketer develops and executes marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, aligned with client objectives and brand strategies. Daily responsibilities include:

The Marketer collaborates with design, content, and account teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and consistent brand identity. This position also involves:
- Preparing reports
- Presenting insights to internal stakeholders
- Recommending optimizations to enhance campaign effectiveness and client outcomes
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
- Strong skills in content creation and storytelling, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different channels and audiences.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, analytics) and an interest in staying current with industry trends.
- Solid analytical and research abilities, including interpreting data and transforming insights into actionable recommendations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in an agency or client-facing marketing role is highly beneficial.
