Marketing Executive

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing and PR consultancy.

We are a quickly expanding, award-winning startup working with a wide range of B2B and B2C clients, both in the UK and internationally. This is a role for a driven individual who is looking for a career, not just a job, as you will play a critical part in the growth of the business.

From day one, you will be executing live campaigns, managing content across multiple channels, and solving problems in real-time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your contribution has a direct impact on the bottom line, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As a small business, no two days are the same, but your core focus will be delivering results for our clients. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Executing clients' marketing strategies across social media, content, and email marketing.
  • Drafting and scheduling engaging content — posts, captions, newsletters, and copy — that captures our clients' tone of voice.
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of client events, from logistics to on-the-day execution.
  • Coordinating merchandising activity and materials for clients as needed.
  • Acting as day-to-day account support, helping keep client work on track and on brief.
  • Monitoring social and industry trends to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements

We hire for attitude as much as aptitude. We need someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved. Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a marketing, PR, or communications role - your mindset and attitude matter more to us than your CV.
  • Strong writing skills with an eye for detail.
  • A proactive, self-starting nature. You don't wait to be told what to do - you spot opportunities and chase them.
  • The ability to switch mindsets quickly between different client accounts and industries.
  • A genuine interest in social media, content, and the digital marketing landscape.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
