The Opportunity
Are you looking to build your career in marketing within a creative, fast-paced agency environment?
FrogBox Marketing is looking for a Marketing Account Executive to join our growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. We’re looking for someone with some hands-on marketing experience, ideally with an interest in digital and social media. You don’t need to be an expert – we’re looking for someone with a good basic understanding of digital marketing and social media, who is keen to learn, develop their skills and grow with the business.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You could be planning social media content in the morning, supporting a client campaign in the afternoon and heading out to help deliver an event the next day.
Who We Are
FrogBox Marketing is a nationally recognised destination marketing agency specialising in shopping centres, retail and placemaking. We work with retail and leisure destinations across the UK, creating campaigns, events and digital activity that engage audiences, drive footfall and bring destinations to life.
We’re a friendly, ambitious team who take pride in delivering creative work for our clients while building strong, long-term relationships with the people we work with.
The Role
As a Marketing Account Executive, you’ll work closely with our Account Managers and wider team to support the delivery of marketing activity across a range of exciting client accounts.
A key part of the role will be supporting the management of social media channels, creating content and helping to deliver digital campaigns. You’ll also get involved in wider marketing activity, including events, seasonal campaigns, PR, email marketing, websites and reporting.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, enthusiastic and digitally confident, with a genuine interest in marketing and social media. You’ll be given the opportunity to develop your skills across a broad range of marketing disciplines, with support from an experienced team around you.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and growth of social media channels for a range of clients.
- Create engaging social media content, captions, blogs and campaign copy.
- Schedule and publish content across relevant social media platforms.
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns (paid and organic) and promotional activity.
- Monitor social media and digital performance and help produce client reports.
- Support Account Managers with the planning and delivery of campaigns and projects.
- Assist with events, activations and seasonal campaigns, including attending client sites where required.
- Build positive relationships with clients, retailers, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Keep up to date with social media trends, digital developments and relevant marketing opportunities.
- Manage influencer and content creator activity across different client locations, from researching and sourcing suitable influencers through to initial outreach, communication, negotiation of fees and deliverables, briefing, scheduling and on-site coordination.
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time, to a high standard and within budget.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to help develop creative campaigns for our clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
