We’re recruiting an Account Executive for a Marketing Agency in Northampton.
This is a great opportunity for a Brand Executive looking to join an agency and gain experience delivering a variety of Global brands or for a great Account Executive from a marketing agency looking to work with big brands on creative campaigns
You don’t need years of agency experience but you do need to be proactive, detail-focused and comfortable working at pace.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the delivery of multiple client projects from initial brief through to completion
- Attend client calls and meetings, with Brand Managers from large brands you'd recognise to capture actions and keep communication clear and professional
- Turn client requirements into clear briefs for your internal creative and production teams
- Keep projects on track against deadlines, budgets and agreed deliverables
- Prepare quotes, cost estimates and invoices
- Track project progress using the internal job management system
- Coordinate with design, strategy, digital and production teams
- Proofread creative work and spot errors before anything reaches the client
- Manage project administration including agendas, meeting notes, filing and documentation
- Prioritise competing deadlines and make sure actions don’t get missed

We’d love to hear from you if
- You have experience taking a brief and working with a team to deliver campaigns for brands
- You’re highly organised and naturally good at keeping people and projects on track
- You’re confident communicating with clients, customers or external stakeholders
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change
- You’ve had exposure to marketing, creative, account management, events, print, production or project coordination
