Joining Resolution Communications means becoming part of a collaborative team where strategy, creativity and communication work together. Supporting the account management team, you’ll work across a diverse portfolio of clients, helping to deliver campaigns that build brands, engage audiences and deliver measurable results.

Based in Stockton-on-Tees, you’ll work with a varied portfolio of brands, supported by an in-house team, a network of creative partners and a collaborative culture.

WHAT’S YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Assisting with the planning and implementation of marketing strategies aligned to client objectives.
  • Writing a range of content including press releases, blogs, website copy, social media content and marketing materials.
  • Researching industries, competitors and target audiences to support campaign planning and content creation.
  • Monitoring media opportunities and supporting media relations activity to secure positive coverage for clients.
  • Assisting with social media planning, scheduling and reporting across a range of platforms.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports using analytics and insights to measure success.
  • Supporting the account management team with client meetings, action plans and project delivery.
  • Liaising with designers, photographers, videographers and other creative partners to help deliver campaigns.
  • Building positive relationships with clients, suppliers and media contacts through professional communication.
  • Supporting new business activity through research, proposal preparation and creative brainstorming sessions.
  • Helping to organise events, launches and content capture sessions where required.
  • Managing multiple deadlines whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail and high standards of work.

SKILLS & TALENT

  • A qualification or experience in marketing, public relations, communications, journalism or a related discipline.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong understanding of grammar, spelling and attention to detail.
  • A genuine interest in marketing and strategic communications.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A curious mindset with the confidence to ask questions, solve problems and contribute ideas.
  • Good research skills and the ability to turn information into engaging content.
  • An understanding of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and familiarity with Canva or similar creative tools would be beneficial.
  • An interest in interpreting campaign performance data and using insights to improve future activity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to build professional relationships.
  • A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working as part of a supportive team.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to delivering excellent client service.
  • A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
