Marketing Account Manager
Leeds
Up to £35k
We’re working with a well-established marketing agency looking for an Account Manager to join its client services team.
You’ll be working predominantly on a major household-name consumer brand, helping deliver a varied mix of digital campaigns, brand activations and wider marketing activity. This could be a great move for an existing Account Manager, but we’re equally keen to hear from Senior Account Executives who have built a couple of years of solid agency experience and are ready for more ownership, client contact and responsibility.
The role
You’ll work closely with more senior members of the client services team, helping to keep projects moving, building strong client relationships and making sure campaigns are delivered smoothly from brief through to completion. The work is varied and fast-moving, with plenty of opportunity to get involved in high-profile consumer campaigns rather than being pigeonholed into one particular channel.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
