Established in 1976, we are a full-service advertising, design, digital, PR, social media agency and sign manufacturer, based on the edge of Leicester. Our portfolio of clients predominantly operates in the property and construction sector, and we work with some of the highest profile developers across the UK.
THE ROLE
We’re searching for a talented Account Manager to join our growing team, who’s passionate about getting the best results for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who likes to be both strategic and hands on in their work, and who enjoys working across a broad spectrum of marketing.
As our new Account Manager, you’ll work with a portfolio of clients within the new homes sector, bringing innovative thinking to the table to help promote our clients’ brands. You’ll be accomplished in leading day-to-day client relationships, regular meetings and working with the wider creative, digital & signage team to implement effective marketing solutions which encompass the full marketing mix.

The successful candidate will bring two to five years of marketing experience in the housebuilding or property sector. This experience will ideally come from working in-house with a developer or within an agency. Above all you will need to be confident, highly motivated, committed and an excellent team player with a service driven approach.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
- Working closely with our housebuilder clients, providing direction and developing marketing strategies and activities to help promote our clients’ brands and to help generate leads
- Supporting the Account Directors and managing the Account Executives on your portfolio of clients
- Working closely with our design studio to produce effective creative solutions
- Working with web developers and SEO/PPC team on digital strategy and implementation
- Working with our signage production team to create innovative solutions that enhance the on-site customer journey, ensuring clear, engaging, and impactful experiences from the moment they arrive
- Liaising with external suppliers where necessary to effectively negotiate and purchase services and media
- Organising and leading regular client meetings
- Tracking marketing efforts, analysing performance, and offering actionable recommendations for improvement

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
- Two to five years plus experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build client relationships
- Proven track record in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong presentation skills
- New homes marketing experience preferred but not required
