Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Job Description: FatBuzz is a Glasgow based marketing and digital media agency founded in 1986. We’re huge believers in brand purpose. We believe when it is consistently delivered, it will spark growth; this is why we love creating a buzz about brands! We partner with businesses to help them maximize their marketing to drive growth in the ever-evolving digital world.

We work with clients across the UK in the Public and Private sectors and from various industries, including independent local businesses and national brands. We pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with our clients, having worked with many for several years.

The full-time position is based in the FatBuzz Glasgow office (Kinning Park). We operate a 34-hour working week – Monday to Thursday 9am until 5pm (45-minute lunch break), and Friday 9am until 2pm.

Role: We are seeking a Marketing Executive (Account Manager) with 2-3 years industry experience (agency experience is valuable but not essential). The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of best practices and marketing concepts and be knowledgeable about industry trends and insights. You will report to our Head of Marketing.

You should have a passion for adding value and helping our clients grow their business with creative and effective strategies, backed up with insights and analytical input. Strong communication skills are vital for this role, when working directly with your clients and members of the team. FatBuzz is a full-service marketing agency, with in-house design, development, and SEO/PPC.

Time management skills are essential to ensure we are able to deliver the agreed output for each client. We work with clients from varied industries, both B2B and B2C. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, allocated by our Head of Marketing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Managing a portfolio of clients
  • Creating effective marketing strategies
  • Implementing marketing and content plans
  • Implementing email marketing strategies
  • Contributing to paid marketing strategies
  • Working collaboratively with other members of our team, in design, development, SEO/PPC, and to deliver client projects/plans
  • Organising and attending regular client meetings
  • Monitoring analytics to measure and report on the success of online campaigns
  • Taking a proactive approach in identifying new marketing opportunities

Relevant experience includes:

Essential:

  • Experience using Mailchimp and creating marketing campaigns
  • Paid campaign set up and management (Meta)
  • Copywriting and content creation
  • Experience using scheduling tools
  • Email Marketing experience
  • Briefing of design projects
  • Basic understanding of SEO/PPC
  • CMS experience
  • Reporting

Desired:

  • Agency experience
  • Paid campaign set up and management (LinkedIn)
  • Experience using HubSpot to build marketing automations and CX journeys
  • Experience in creating TikTok content

It is not essential, but a driving license would be a distinct advantage.
