Account Manager — Full-Service Marketing Agency
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £30–35k
We're working with a well-established, full-service marketing agency looking to add an experienced Account Manager to their growing Client Services team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, loves building strong client relationships and wants to be part of a creative, collaborative team.
The Role:
- Managing day-to-day client relationships and account handling
- Briefing and collaborating with internal creative, digital and production teams
- Trafficking jobs through the agency, keeping projects on time and on budget
- Financial management — quoting, invoicing and protecting margin
- Supporting and mentoring Account Executives

What We're Looking For:
- Proven agency account handling experience at AM level
- Strong understanding of digital production processes
- Financially aware and comfortable discussing costs with clients
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence required
