Job Title: Marketing Account Manager
Location: Telford, Shropshire (Office Based)
Salary: GBP32,000 : GBP38,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 8:30am:5pm, Monday to Friday, based in our studio in Telford. We actually mean that : we respect your time and dont expect unnecessary overtime.
We’re looking for a Marketing Account Manager who can handle creating marketing strategies and briefs one day, and turn their hand to nurturing our clients the next.
You’ll play a pivotal role in the agency, sitting in the middle of our creative engine. You’ll need to keep projects on track, clients smiling and ideas flowing. You’ll also become part of the future development of the agency, creating trusted relationships with existing clients, whilst looking for opportunities to work with new and exciting leads.
You’ll be the bridge between our creative teams and a portfolio of your own clients, turning ambitious briefs into organised, brilliantly delivered campaigns. One day you’ll be helping a client develop a strategy to meet their objectives, the next you’re crafting on brand messaging to support a campaign, or developing briefs for our creative teams.
This role is 100% office based, so you’ll need to be able to travel to and from the studio independently. There’s easy motorway access and plenty of free parking.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
