Are you an ambitious Marketing Account Manager with strong B2B experience who wants to take the next step in your agency career?
We're working with a rapidly growing B2B marketing agency that works with ambitious technology, consulting, and professional services businesses.
They're looking for an experienced Account Manager who can combine strong client relationship management with genuine marketing expertise and help drive the commercial success of a portfolio of exciting B2B clients.
This isn't a traditional client services role. You'll be at the heart of the agency, helping clients develop and deliver marketing strategies that support their growth.
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of B2B clients, developing trusted relationships while ensuring campaigns and marketing activity are delivered to a high standard, on time and on budget. You'll also play an important role in identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and deliver additional value to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead client accounts, becoming a trusted strategic partner.
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Manage regular client communication and meetings.
- Create and present monthly KPI reports, providing meaningful performance analysis.
- Develop and maintain client marketing plans.
- Help create and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
- Understand how different marketing channels work together to achieve client objectives.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and development.
- Create clear, effective briefs that enable the creative and delivery teams to produce excellent work.
- Ensure client workloads are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage projects and coordinate internal agency resources.
- Contribute to achieving client and agency growth targets.

You'll ideally have:
- 2–3+ years' experience in an agency Account Management role.
- At least 2 years' B2B marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of the B2B marketing landscape.
- Experience developing and delivering successful marketing and campaign plans.
- Good understanding of core marketing channels including:
- Digital
- SEO
- Social media
- Paid media
- Marketing automation
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- The confidence to present performance, recommendations, and strategy to clients.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- A commercial mindset and interest in growing client accounts.
- A curious, proactive approach and a genuine passion for marketing.

Desirable
- Experience with:
- HubSpot, Pardot, or other marketing automation platforms.
- CRM integration and wider MarTech.
- Analytics platforms.
- B2B technology businesses.
- Integrated marketing campaigns.
- Demand generation.

- £40,000–£50,000 salary depending on experience.
- Hybrid working – 2 days per week in Woking.
