We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Activation Manager to support delivery across a defined set of business sectors by developing pursuit plans and delivering account activity, producing high-quality materials and content, and providing insight and tracking to support pursuits and renewals.
What You'll Do
- Support the development of account and pursuit plans through research, insight, and stakeholder mapping for assigned accounts.
- Manage channel activation for business sectors, including digital and events channels, developing pursuit plans and coordinate day-to-day account and pursuit activity, acting as an organiser and delivery lead across agreed workstreams.
- Produce high-quality content and materials to support business development pursuits sales conversations.
- Gather and analyse insight to support opportunity development and prioritisation.
- Track campaign activity, pipeline, and performance, maintaining accurate reporting and documentation.
- Support collaboration across Sales, Bids, Operations, and Marketing teams involved in assigned accounts. Maintain account plans, tools, and documentation in line with agreed standards.

What You'll Bring
- Multi-channel and multi-customer marketing engagement experience is essential.
- Experience of working in a complex matrix organisation with understanding of buying cycles and the bid and tendering processes.
- Extensive experience of Business-to-Business marketing and campaign management.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to make marketing channel recommendations and drive Sales action based on insight, and in-depth working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Social media knowledge and experience.
- Strong project management, organisation, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ideally, you will have Logistics industry knowledge across operations and Transportation.
