Marketing Activation Manager
We’re looking for a passionate, commercially minded marketeer to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team as Marketing Activation Manager, responsible for the delivery of campaigns and supplier activity.
As the Marketing Activation Manager, you will be at the heart of bringing our marketing strategy to life. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Area Sales & Marketing Co-ordinators, pub teams, suppliers and wider business stakeholders, you will turn strategic campaign plans into engaging, innovative and commercially impactful activations across our estate. You will have your finger on the pulse of hospitality, customer and cultural trends, bringing fresh ideas and energy to how we activate with our brand partners. You will be confident challenging the norm, spotting opportunities and finding new ways to create memorable customer experiences that drive sales, footfall and engagement.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on making things happen. From seasonal campaigns and key trading moments to innovative supplier activations and large internal events, you will manage projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring every detail is considered and every stakeholder is brought along on the journey.
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for hospitality, brands, marketing and creating brilliant customer experiences.
- A curious, trend-aware individual who is always looking for the next big idea, experience or opportunity.
- Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns, brand activations, events or partnerships from idea through to execution.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders at the same time.
- A confident communicator and natural collaborator who can build strong relationships.
- A confident presenter who can communicate ideas clearly and inspire others to get behind them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
