About The Company

Kord is an FCA-regulated fintech company that specializes in delivering comprehensive KYC, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), identity verification, and payment infrastructure solutions to regulated businesses across the United Kingdom. Positioned at the intersection of compliance, fintech, and trust, Kord aims to facilitate rapid and reliable verification processes, enabling its clients to operate securely and efficiently. As a rapidly growing organization, Kord's client base continues to expand exponentially, with increasing enquiry volumes and a more complex product surface. This dynamic environment offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to be part of a forward-thinking, innovative team at the forefront of financial technology and compliance solutions.

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Marketing Admin to join our team and work closely with the Head of Marketing. This role is designed to support the daily operations of the marketing function while contributing to its strategic growth as the company scales. It is an excellent entry-level position for someone eager to start their marketing career, offering broad, hands-on experience across various marketing activities including campaigns, content creation, events, and brand management. You will have the opportunity to learn by doing, take on real responsibilities early, and develop your skills within a fast-paced fintech environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, a can-do attitude, and a genuine willingness to take ownership of tasks, whether big or small.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is at the beginning of their marketing career, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally. While a formal degree in marketing, business, or management is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Exposure to digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and content creation is a plus. Candidates should possess excellent written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the confidence to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. An interest in fintech, compliance, or financial services will be beneficial. We value individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
