About Kord
Kord is an FCA-regulated fintech delivering KYC, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), identity verification, and payments infrastructure to regulated businesses across the UK. We sit at the intersection of compliance, fintech, and trust, helping companies verify who they are dealing with quickly and reliably.
Our client base continues to grow exponentially. Enquiry volumes are rising, and our product surface is becoming more complex. It's a genuinely exciting time to join us, and this role sits right at the heart of that growth.
The opportunity
We're looking for a Marketing Admin to work closely with our Head of Marketing, supporting the day-to-day running of the marketing function while helping to shape it as we scale.
This is a brilliant first step for someone starting out in their marketing career. You'll get broad, hands-on exposure across the full marketing mix, from campaigns and content to events and brand, all within a fast-growing fintech environment. You won't be pigeonholed into one narrow task. Instead, you'll learn by doing, take on real responsibility early, and grow alongside the business.
We're after someone with initiative, a can-do attitude, and a genuine willingness to take ownership of tasks, big or small.
What you'll be doing

Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Admin and process
- General day-to-day marketing admin support for the Head of Marketing and the wider team
- Owning and organising the marketing space in Confluence, keeping it current and easy for the team to actually use
- Creating and maintaining processes and documentation, so how we do things lives in a shared space rather than in someone's head
Inbox and communication
- Managing and responding to routine emails directly
- Spotting what actually needs the Head of Marketing's attention and flagging it clearly, with context, rather than passing everything upward
Events
- Helping to plan, organise and run events, from logistics to on-the-day support
Sourcing and procurement
- Ordering and managing company merchandise (mugs, water bottles, tote bags and similar)
- Sourcing suppliers, vendors and quotes for marketing projects as they come up
CRM hygiene
- Keeping HubSpot clean and accurate: contacts, lists, deduplication and tagging
Research and trend watching
- Tracking industry news, competitor activity and market trends relevant to conveyancing, regulated firms and fintech
- Turning that research into something useful for the team, such as a regular roundup
Early-stage thinking
- Sitting in on brainstorms and contributing ideas, not just taking notes
