Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

We are a small, friendly and ambitious team that is growing rapidly, and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of something exciting from the beginning. This isn't a traditional apprenticeship where you'll spend your days doing the same admin tasks. You'll become an important part of our team, working across marketing, social media, recruitment support, compliance and general business administration. We are looking for someone with a big personality, plenty of confidence and a natural ability to connect with people. If you're bubbly, outgoing, creative and enjoy being around people, this could be a fantastic opportunity to build your career.

The Role

As an Apprentice, you will gain valuable experience across two key areas of the business: Compliance and Marketing.

Compliance

  • Contact candidates to gather the required compliance documentation and ensure files are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with clients to provide regular updates on candidate progress and compliance checks.
  • Follow up on outstanding information, documentation and references to keep the process moving.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records throughout the compliance process.
  • Keep candidates informed and supported via phone and email, providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Ensure all compliance processes are followed in line with company requirements and relevant regulations.

Marketing

  • Create and publish engaging content across our social media platforms, including TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Support the development and growth of our brand and online presence.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and activities, bringing forward new ideas to increase engagement and reach.
  • Help maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is accurate, relevant and up to date.
  • Create, maintain and update job advertisements across relevant platforms.
  • Monitor social media and marketing activity and contribute ideas for improving our content and engagement.

As the company continues to grow, your role will grow with it. We want someone who is ambitious and wants to take on more responsibility rather than simply completing the same tasks every day.

This Could Be the Opportunity for You If...

You are looking for more than just an apprenticeship. You want to join a company where you can build your confidence, develop professionally, get creative, meet people, learn recruitment and marketing, and grow alongside a rapidly expanding business. If you're the type of person who walks into a room and brings energy with you, loves talking to people, enjoys social media and wants to be part of a close team, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
