The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team to excellent execution through by delivering administrative support to enable projects to happen efficiently & at pace, driving internal engagement around key initiatives, supporting sampling & product requests and enabling our marketing team to operate with efficiency and pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Support UK&I marketing function administratively: with SAP and Budget Management
- Support UK&I Marketing Leaders in diary management, organising team events and key meetings.
- Excellent Execution: Manage marketing assets, consumer care briefs and relationship with Brand Bank
- Launch key initiatives internally: create a buzz & energy for key initiatives across UK&I
- Support organisation of UK&I Hubs Flow sessions and where relevant the UK&I Connect programme with the Executive Assistant for UK&I
