Role Overview
As our Marketing Administrator, you will provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to the marketing team, helping to ensure marketing campaigns, development launches, systems, and resident engagement activities are delivered efficiently and accurately.
The role will support all areas of the marketing function, including property portals, website content, supplier administration, CRM management, and event coordination. You will work closely with the wider marketing team, Lettings teams, and external suppliers to ensure all marketing information remains accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company standards.

Administration & Finance
- Raise and track purchase orders in accordance with company processes.
- Support the management and reconciliation of marketing invoices.
- Maintain marketing spend trackers and budget records.
- Manage the marketing inbox and ensure enquiries are responded to or directed appropriately.
- Coordinate marketing requests from internal stakeholders.
- Maintain marketing documentation, filing systems, and shared departmental resources.
- Support supplier onboarding and administration processes.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records of marketing activity and expenditure.
- Coordinate the ordering and distribution of marketing materials and merchandise.
- Ensure marketing assets and documentation are stored and accessible to the wider team.
Property Portals
- Manage and maintain listings across Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket.
- Upload and update property imagery, floorplans, and development descriptions.
- Ensure all listings are accurate, compliant, and aligned with current availability.
- Coordinate listing changes with Lettings teams and external portal providers.
- Monitor portal activity and identify any inaccuracies or missing information.
- Support the launch of new developments across portal platforms.
- Ensure developments are presented consistently and professionally across all channels.
Website Management
- Update development availability and property details on the Leaf Living website.
- Upload photography, floorplans, and marketing assets.
- Maintain the accuracy of development information and content.
- Support the implementation of website updates and content changes.
- Assist with the ongoing management of development pages and local area content.
- Monitor content quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure website information reflects current marketing campaigns and availability.

Asset Management
- Support the preparation, resizing, and formatting of approved marketing assets for use across portals, website content, and customer communications.
- Manage and organise image, video, and creative asset libraries.
- Maintain marketing asset storage systems and naming conventions.
- Ensure assets are stored accurately and accessible to the wider team.
- Support content preparation for campaigns, launches, and resident communications.
- Coordinate photography and videography assets across developments.
- Ensure all assets are aligned with brand guidelines and company standards.
Campaign & Event Support
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns across developments.
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of development launches.
- Support resident engagement initiatives and community activities.
- Coordinate event logistics, supplier bookings, and venue arrangements.
- Order and manage marketing materials for events and campaigns.
- Assist with launch event preparation and administration.
- Support the creation and distribution of event communications.
Research & Reporting
- Conduct competitor research and market reviews.
- Compile local area information to support development marketing activity.
- Research schools, transport links, and local amenities.
- Support development-specific marketing research.
- Assist with campaign reporting and performance analysis.
- Gather market intelligence and industry insights.
- Maintain records of competitor activity and marketing trends.
- Support the wider team with data collection and reporting requirements.
