About the firm
Our client is a highly regarded specialist law firm whose clients include leading innovators worldwide. The culture is friendly and collaborative, with a strong focus on inclusion and wellbeing.
The role
Reporting into the head of marketing and communications, you’ll be the administrative backbone of a busy marketing and BD team covering digital, events, CRM, pitches and fee-earner BD support.
Key responsibilities
- Maintaining the CRM database, mailing lists and client activity records, and circulating new contacts to partners.
- Preparing legal directory and awards submissions, including matter highlights and referee details.
- Updating marketing content and the firm-wide activity calendar on the intranet.
- Organising client events and hospitality, and managing stock of client gifts and branded materials.
- Scheduling webinars, podcasts and photo shoots, booking rooms, coordinating diaries and taking minutes.
- General administrative support across the team.

About you
- A demonstrable interest in marketing.
- Confident with Microsoft Office and databases.
- Highly organised and accurate, and calm under pressure.
- Builds rapport easily at all levels and works well both independently and in a team.
- Professional services or partnership experience is a plus.
