Marketing & Admission Officer

Start Date: December 2026
Salary: £30,000 - £31,500pa (Dependent on experience)

Are you a creative marketer who loves seeing results?

As St. Francis' College approaches a century of educating and empowering young women, we are looking for an exceptional Marketing & Admissions Officer to build upon our distinguished heritage and help shape an ambitious future for our thriving school community.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and innovative marketer to join our Admissions and Marketing Team and play a key role in driving pupil recruitment, brand awareness and community engagement.

Reporting to the Head of Admissions & Marketing, you will lead on the creation of compelling marketing campaigns, engaging digital content, social media strategy and event creation designed to attract prospective families and strengthen the College's position within an increasingly competitive market.

No two days are the same. One day you may be filming pupil success stories, the next managing a feeder school event, producing a high-impact social campaign, analysing marketing performance, or supporting one of our busy Open Events.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Combines creativity with commercial awareness.
  • Lives and breathes digital marketing.
  • Is obsessed with creating content that engages audiences.
  • Can spot a story and turn it into compelling content.
  • Is confident behind a camera and equally comfortable editing video.
  • Gets excited about analytics and understanding what drives enquiries.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Brings fresh ideas and is not afraid to challenge convention.
  • Can manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail.
  • Understands that great marketing should generate measurable results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
