Marketing Advisor - Brand Designer
As a Marketing Advisor - Brand Designer, you will play a hands-on role in bringing our visual identity to life across our supermarkets and convenience stores. Working closely with senior designers and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help maintain our brand guidelines by creating and artworking high-quality assets from in-store signage and leaflets to press ads and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the maintenance of the brand identity by applying established guidelines, tone of voice, typography, and colour palettes.
- Supporting senior designers with creative projects. Liaising with stakeholders from multiple business functions to gather information and manage expectations. Applying constructive feedback from senior designers and managers to refine for approval.
- Organising creative assets, file management, archiving projects, and exporting files for print and digital teams.
- Artworking leaflets, in-store signage, press ads, and internal communications for our supermarkets and convenience stores.

- 1-2 years of industry experience, ideally with previous in-house, studio, or retail roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design projects, colour theory, typography, layout skills, and creative problem-solving.
- Communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
- High fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Knowledge of Figma, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is desirable.
