About Besque
Besque is a fast-growing, British beauty brand selling globally and we're building out our AI marketing function. We're looking for someone who has already built gen AI automations for real marketing teams and knows their way around paid social from the inside.
What You'll Work On
- Build and run gen AI workflows that produce marketing assets at volume
- Build automations connecting AI tools, ad platforms and internal systems
- Work inside our paid social accounts (Meta, TikTok) supporting creative testing, launches and reporting
- Iterate prompts and workflows based on real performance data, not vibes
- Keep our creative and asset systems organised, tagged and running
- Explore new AI tools weekly and pressure-test what's worth adopting

Who You Are
- You have built gen AI marketing automations that were actually used
- Experienced in prompting and optimising gen AI outputs
- You have hands-on paid social experience: you've worked inside Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads,
- Advanced with AI tools: LLM APIs or platforms (Claude, GPT), image and video generation (Midjourney, Runway or similar), and automation tools (n8n, Make, or scripting in Python/JS)
- Strong prompting instincts: structured outputs, iteration, knowing when output is off and why
- Discernment and strong QA capabilities
- High initiative, fast learner, low ego; you'd rather ship five versions today than perfect one next week
