I’m currently supporting an ambitious, high-growth professional services group in the search for an AI Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of its marketing function.
This is an opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing advisory groups, operating across multiple specialist professional services businesses. Following significant growth through acquisition and continued investment in technology, the organisation is building a market-leading AI capability to revolutionise customer engagement, marketing performance, and commercial growth.

The Opportunity
Reporting into the Head of Marketing Operations, you’ll take ownership of the organisation’s AI marketing operations capability, designing and implementing intelligent systems that improve efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and drive measurable commercial results.
- Working across the entire customer journey, you’ll combine AI, automation, and customer intelligence to create highly personalised, scalable marketing programmes that directly impact pipeline and revenue.
- This is a strategic and hands-on position where you’ll influence the future direction of marketing technology across a diverse portfolio of businesses.

Day to Day
- Lead the development of AI-powered marketing operations and automation strategy.
- Build intelligent customer profile models, ICPs, personas, and predictive scoring frameworks.
- Design AI-driven customer journeys across email, web, paid media, SMS, and CRM.
- Develop automation workflows, decision trees, and AI-powered orchestration models.
- Build autonomous AI agents to improve marketing productivity and scalability.
- Drive dynamic personalisation using behavioural, intent, and commercial data.
- Create robust governance around AI usage, prompts, data quality, and compliance.
- Connect AI initiatives directly to pipeline growth, attribution, and commercial performance.
- Work closely with senior marketing and growth leaders to identify new AI opportunities.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and continuously improve marketing capabilities.

YOU?
You’ll thrive in this role if you have experience across marketing operations, automation, CRM, and AI technologies, alongside a commercial mindset and a passion for innovation.
You’ll ideally bring experience with:
- Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations
- AI platforms and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Salesforce CRM
- Marketing automation and customer journey orchestration
- Customer segmentation, lead scoring, and personalisation
- Data modelling, SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Attribution, reporting, and commercial performance analysis
- Automation platforms and workflow design
- Stakeholder management across marketing, sales, and commercial teams
Experience leading projects - or people - in a fast-paced, data-driven environment would be highly advantageous.
