Role Description
The Marketing Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for turning data into actionable insights that guide marketing and sales strategies. Day-to-day work includes:

- Collecting and analysing marketing and sales performance data
- Building dashboards and reports
- Identifying trends and opportunities for campaign optimisation

The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to:
- Define key performance metrics
- Segment audiences
- Evaluate channel effectiveness
The Marketing Analyst will also support:
- Forecasting
- Testing new campaign approaches
- Presenting clear, data-backed recommendations to stakeholders to improve customer acquisition and engagement
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience working with Analytics tools and techniques
- Marketing Analytics skills, including interpreting campaign performance and customer behaviour data
- Effective Communication skills to present complex findings in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
- Basic Sales knowledge to understand pipelines, funnels, and revenue metrics
- Proficiency with data and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BI) is beneficial
- Experience in digital marketing measurement (e.g., web analytics, attribution, A/B testing) is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines consistently
