We're seeking a dynamic Analyst to join our marketing team and play a pivotal role in shaping strategic decisions. You will be at the forefront of understanding consumer behavior and market trends, turning raw data into compelling narratives that drive business growth and optimize performance.
What You'll Do
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports to key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain robust databases and data systems.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to uncover meaningful insights.
- Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems, ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with management to prioritize business and information needs, aligning analytical efforts with strategic goals.
- Work cross-functionally within marketing and with the data analytics team to produce comprehensive monthly and quarterly data-driven marketing reports.
- Proactively locate and define new process improvement opportunities to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting efficiencies.

What You'll Bring
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong data and analytical skills, with a proven ability to work with numbers and complex datasets.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data into clear, concise, and compelling narratives.
- A genuine passion for data and numbers, with an eagerness to uncover insights and drive decision-making.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
