Marketing Analyst (all genders)

As a Marketing Analyst (all genders), you'll become the single point of accountability for how Lucanet's marketing team measures its own performance and manages its money, building the reporting that gives leadership one clear picture across every function.

You'll sit at the center of a 30+ person marketing team spanning brand, demand generation, content, product marketing, events, and communications, partnering closely with RevOps to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes. You'll report into the Marketing leadership team. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.

What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain a unified performance view across all marketing disciplines, consolidating fragmented reporting into one source of truth.
  • Proactively analyze marketing data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend what to do about them.
  • Lead the annual and quarterly budget-setting process across all marketing sub-teams.
  • Manage ongoing budget tracking and governance, reconciling spend with Finance and holding function leads accountable.
  • Track vendor contracts, renewals, and invoices across the martech stack with the Accounting team.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting for marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Act as the analytical thought partner to marketing leadership, translating data into decisions on investment and prioritization.

What you bring:

You have:

  • Owned a budget process end to end (forecasting, allocation, tracking), including reconciling actuals with Finance.
  • Built a unified performance view across multiple marketing functions, replacing fragmented reporting with a single source of truth for leadership.
  • Partnered with RevOps, sales operations, or finance teams, connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Proactively surfaced trends and risks in data and recommended next steps, without waiting to be asked.
  • Distilled complex data into clear recommendations for non-analytical stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
