Marketing Analyst - B2C
Home based/UK
£40,000-45000 Plus Benefits
My client specialise in securing continuing Healthcare funding for who people who require treatment, are looking to recruit a Marketing Analyst is responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting marketing and business data to provide insights that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth. The role supports strategic decision-making by measuring marketing performance across digital and offline channels, identifying trends, and recommending data-driven improvements to campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Performance Analysis
- Analyse marketing campaign performance across digital and traditional channels.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including:
- Lead volume
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Return on investment (ROI)
- Conversion rates
- Customer lifetime value (CLV)
- Produce regular reports, dashboards and performance reviews.
- Identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.

Data Management & Reporting
- Collect and validate data from multiple sources including CRM systems, Google Analytics, advertising platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Develop automated reporting processes and dashboards.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.

Customer & Market Insights
- Analyse customer behaviour, demographics and buying patterns.
- Conduct segmentation analysis to support targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments.
- Support market research initiatives and customer surveys.

Digital Marketing Analytics
- Track website performance using analytics platforms.
- Analyse user journeys, conversion funnels and campaign attribution.
- Evaluate SEO, PPC, social media and email marketing effectiveness.
- Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation initiatives.

- Strategic Support
- Support annual marketing planning and budget allocation.
- Provide insight into channel performance and future investment opportunities.
- Help forecast lead generation, acquisition costs and campaign outcomes.
Skills required:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing analytics or marketing insights role.
- Experience working with CRM and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and campaign measurement.
- Experience producing reports and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Experience within a lead-generation or service-based business.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and attribution modelling.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, lookup functions and data modelling.
- Strong numerical and analytical capability.
- Understanding of database principles and data visualisation.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Power BI/Tableau, CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce)
