Reporting & Insights Analyst | £35,000–£40,000 | Oxfordshire / Hybrid

Are you an analyst who enjoys doing more than just crunching numbers? This marketing and technology business need you!

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a couple of years’ experience in data, marketing analytics, sales analytics, CRM or reporting.

What's it all about?

Well, you’ll be working with data from major automotive brands, helping sales and marketing teams understand what’s happening, where the opportunities are and what they should do next. The day to day will involve:

  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboards, primarily within Salesforce, with increasing use of Tableau
  • Bringing together data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities and areas for action
  • Producing regular reporting packs and presenting the important findings clearly
  • Helping improve CRM data quality, accuracy and consistency
  • Working closely with Client Services, Customer Success and commercial teams
  • Turning data into clear, practical recommendations rather than simply producing reports
  • Supporting the move from manual reporting towards more automated, real-time insight

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

They’re not looking for a pure data engineer. You might currently be a Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Sales Analyst, CRM Analyst, Insights Analyst or Sales Operations Analyst. What matters is that you’re comfortable working with data but equally happy discussing what it means with colleagues and clients alike.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Around 2+ years’ experience in an analytical/reporting role
  • Strong Excel and data-handling skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce data, reporting or CRM systems
  • Exposure to BI/reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or CRM Analytics
  • The confidence to turn analysis into a clear story for non-technical stakeholders
  • Good communication skills and a naturally curious, problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with SQL, Python or data engineering would be useful, but it isn’t the heart of this role
  • Automotive experience would also be helpful, but again, it’s not essential
