About the role (what you'll be doing)
We're looking for a Marketing Analytics Analyst to help build a best-in-class marketing measurement function.
This role sits between Marketing, Product, and Data, helping ensure our marketing decisions are driven by accurate, trusted data rather than assumptions.
You'll work across SQL, marketing platforms, tracking, experimentation, and reporting to improve our understanding of customer acquisition, attribution, and commercial performance.
Supporting the Director of Marketing Analytics in delivering the company's marketing measurement and analytics strategy. You will help maintain our marketing data infrastructure, investigate data issues, build reporting, support experimentation, and generate insights that improve marketing efficiency.
Marketing Performance Analytics
- Produce reporting across paid marketing channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, and other acquisition platforms.
- Monitor overarching marketing reporting to identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Analyse trends in spend, CAC, conversion rates, retention, and LTV.
- Support marketing teams with ad hoc analysis and recommendations.

Marketing Data & SQL
- Write SQL queries to investigate marketing performance and customer behaviour.
- Validate marketing data across BigQuery, advertising platforms, and internal systems.
- Build reusable datasets that improve reporting consistency.
- Help maintain reliable marketing data models.
Tracking & Measurement
- Assist with implementation and validation of marketing tracking.
- Investigate discrepancies between internal reporting and marketing platforms.
- Validate events across Segment, GA4, and advertising pixels.
- Support testing of new tracking implementations.
Attribution & Customer Journey
- Analyse customer journeys from first visit through to conversion.
- Support attribution reporting across marketing channels.
- Help improve measurement frameworks for paid media performance.
Stakeholder Support
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
- Produce dashboards and reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Document analytical processes and measurement methodologies.
About you (who you are)
Essential
- Knowledge of Meta, Google Ads, and/or TikTok Ads.
- Experience analysing marketing or digital product data.
- Comfortable working with large unstructured datasets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical findings clearly.
Preferred
- Experience with BigQuery.
- Experience with GA4.
- Experience building or maintaining dbt models.
- Familiarity with Segment or similar CDPs.
- Understanding of APIs and marketing data pipelines.
- Experience with A/B testing or experimentation.
