Help Shape the Future of One of E-Commerce’s Fastest-Growing Brands

This is a remote position.

Afina is an eight-figure direct-to-consumer wellness brand and the #1-selling filtered showerhead brand on Amazon. As we expand across paid social, Amazon, retail, subscriptions, and new product categories, we’re looking for a curious, commercially minded Marketing Analyst to help drive our next stage of growth.

This isn’t a traditional reporting role. You’ll work directly with our founders and Head of Growth to uncover what motivates our customers, identify new opportunities, and turn complex data into clear, actionable strategies. Your insights will influence everything from advertising and customer acquisition to product development, category expansion, and the future direction of the business.

Why This Role Is Unique

This role sits at the intersection of analytics, marketing strategy, and business growth. You’ll use data to understand the business, uncover growth opportunities, translate insights into action, and help guide how the business scales and evolves.

  • Understand our customers deeply through data and help redesign our entire marketing engine
  • Shape what products we build and where the brand expands
  • Provide insights that inform decisions about new categories and future business lines
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in marketing and D2C brands, strategically leveraging the latest tools to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Work directly with the founders and our Head of Growth on high-impact strategic initiatives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
