Marketing Analytics Manager (Loyalty)

Up to £75,000 + Benefits | Hybrid (2 days per week in Central London)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a customer-focused business where loyalty is a key strategic priority. You'll take ownership of loyalty analytics, helping shape customer strategy through insight, measurement, segmentation, and personalisation.

The Company

A well-established consumer brand investing heavily in its customer and loyalty proposition. Analytics sits at the heart of decision-making, with strong visibility across senior stakeholders and a growing focus on data-driven customer engagement.

The Role

You will lead the analytics agenda for the loyalty programme, delivering insights that improve customer retention, frequency, and lifetime value. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining the loyalty analytics strategy and influencing customer decision-making
  • Driving customer segmentation and measuring the impact of loyalty initiatives
  • Supporting personalised targeting, promotions, and CRM activity
  • Building and enhancing reporting using SQL, Power BI, and Databricks
  • Designing and evaluating tests across loyalty, rewards, and communications
  • Partnering with Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, and Data Science teams to maximise programme performance

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong SQL and data visualisation experience
  • Experience in marketing analytics within a consumer-facing environment
  • Good understanding of loyalty and CRM metrics, including retention, CLV, segmentation, and RFM
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex insights clearly
  • Python experience is advantageous but not essential
