Analytics Manager

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Analytics Manager will lead our Marketing analytics team and help reshape how analytics drives value across the business — spanning our retail brand Protyre, our wholesale business MTS, and our portfolio of House & Premium tyre brands. This is a role for a strong analyst who has grown from junior to senior level and is now stepping into leadership. You’ll split your time roughly 60% hands-on analysis and 40% leading and developing a team of three, staying close to the data while raising the bar for what the team delivers.

Accountabilities:

  • You will be accountable for taking ownership of our key revenue growth workstream, turning insight into commercial advantage.
  • Help change how analytics is seen internally — moving us from a “do-it-all data department” to a focused, commercially minded analytics function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
