Must be Eligible to Work in the UK

This is an excellent opportunity for an inquisitive, personable & analytically minded professional who enjoys working closely with Marketing & Sales Teams, understanding business challenges and turning Marketing, Customer & Sales Data into meaningful commercial insights & recommendations.

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, proactively engage with stakeholders, challenge existing thinking and bring fresh ideas to the table. This is very much a business-facing role rather than a purely technical, behind-the-scenes Analytics position.

Role

  • Marketing Analytics & Insights: Analyse Marketing, Customer & Sales Data, identifying trends, opportunities and actionable insights to improve Commercial Performance.
  • Business Partnering: Proactively engage with UK & Global Marketing & Sales Teams, understanding business challenges, identifying opportunities and influencing data-driven decisions.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Design, develop and optimise Dashboards, Reports & KPIs, translating complex data into clear, meaningful recommendations.
  • Campaign & Customer Analytics: Analyse Campaign Performance, Marketing Channels, Customer Behaviour, Segmentation & Conversion Rates to identify improvements.
  • A/B Testing & Optimisation: Help shape, develop and refine A/B Testing Frameworks, designing experiments and evaluating results to improve Customer Engagement & Conversion.
  • Data & Commercial Performance: Collaborate with Technology & Analytics Teams on Data Integration, Quality, Benchmarking, Marketing Targets & Performance Reporting.
  • UK & Global Projects: Contribute to varied and innovative Analytics initiatives, delivering insights, presentations and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Help Marketing Teams develop their understanding of Campaign Analysis, Reporting Tools & Data Interpretation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
