A leading UK consumer brand is looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join its growing Loyalty Analytics team. This is a high-impact role within a business where loyalty is a major strategic priority, with significant senior-level investment. You'll help shape the analytics strategy around the loyalty programme, using customer data to understand behaviour, drive value and influence commercial decision-making.

The Role

  • Own and shape the analytics strategy for loyalty, understanding drivers of frequency, retention, engagement and customer lifetime value.
  • Use customer data and segmentation to identify behavioural groups and measure the impact of loyalty initiatives.
  • Support more intelligent personalisation, targeting and promotional activity.
  • Lead testing and measurement across loyalty mechanics, communications and rewards.
  • Develop and evolve self-serve reporting and dashboards to provide trusted insight into programme performance.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Product and Customer teams, acting as a key analytics contact for loyalty.
  • Lead the conversation around what data is needed, how it should be used and where it can add value.
  • Help shape best practice across the wider analytics function and contribute to the development of other analysts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
