About the Role

Located at: 📍 THG HQ, Manchester (WA15 0AF), fully office-based

We are recruiting a Marketing Analytics Manager to join the Nutrition Data Team to lead Performance Marketing Analytics across the business. You will:

  • Drive actionable business insights from data
  • Shape our measurement strategy
  • Enable data-driven decision-making across marketing teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a Performance Marketing Analyst, ensuring their professional growth and team success.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing leadership to optimise marketing investment by:
    • Evaluating channel effectiveness
    • Adjusting budget allocation based on data-driven insights
  • Develop a robust marketing measurement framework combining:
    • Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM)
    • Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA)
    • Incrementality testing
    • Platform-specific reporting
  • Design and maintain the marketing analytics infrastructure, ensuring:
    • Scalable, reliable reporting capabilities
    • Effective measurement solutions across channels
  • Own the marketing experimentation roadmap, including:
    • Designing and executing tests to measure true incremental impact
    • Assessing marketing channel performance
  • Identify and implement ways to leverage AI-driven tools and techniques to enhance:
    • Marketing effectiveness
    • Reporting efficiency
    • Decision-making quality
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders across business functions, delivering clear and actionable insights.

Requirements

Personal Qualities

  • Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and support colleagues.
  • A deep passion for data, with ambition to champion data use across the business.
  • Highly adaptable, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing channels and their operational nuances.

Technical Skills

  • Strong SQL experience and proficiency with large datasets in a Cloud Platform.
  • Working knowledge of Python for:
    • Data analysis
    • Experimentation
    • Automation
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as:
    • Power BI
    • Looker (or similar)

Soft Skills

  • Experience visualising data to ‘tell the story through data’.
  • Ability to translate complex analytics into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
