Lili Curia | London | Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week in the office

Lili Curia is an independent luxury footwear brand with a distinctive point of view.

Launched in 2025 and rooted in exceptional craftsmanship, character and storytelling, we create shoes with personality, blending romance, rebellion and utility to make pieces that feel as individual as the people who wear them.

As we enter an exciting new chapter, we are looking for a talented Marketing & Brand Executive to join our small and ambitious team.

Working closely with our Founder and Head of Brand & Marketing, you will be at the heart of the brand, turning ideas into beautifully executed campaigns, launches, events and experiences.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines creative instinct with brilliant organisation.

You will:

  • Bring campaigns, collections and product launches to life across digital, CRM, email, social and PR
  • Own the marketing and communications calendar, keeping activity connected and on track
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with agencies and external partners
  • Turn creative briefs into clear plans, timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate teams, agencies, freelancers and suppliers to keep projects moving
  • Support events, activations, shoots and special brand moments
  • Track campaign performance and key learnings
  • Help build smart, scalable marketing processes as the brand grows

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
