About the Company

We are a fast-growing consumer brands business operating across retail and FMCG, with physical stores in leading United Kingdom shopping malls and products sold through major grocery retailers. We are also developing and launching new food and beverage brands.

This varied role combines business support with creative marketing. You will work with our Philippines-based Marketing Lead on marketing and creative projects, while supporting the CEO and Head of Operations in the United Kingdom on wider business activities.

The Right Candidate

We are looking for a highly organised, creative and digitally capable individual with a strong can-do attitude.

The role combines business administration and project coordination with hands-on involvement in marketing, social media, graphic design and digital content. Strong creative skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing or similar tools would be highly valued, with greater opportunities for those with stronger creative capabilities.

Development & Progression

This is a broad role offering exposure to administration, operations, marketing, creative, retail and FMCG. For someone with creative talent and ambition, there is significant scope for the position to develop over time, with the opportunity to take on more marketing, content and creative responsibility and potentially progress into a dedicated role within our Marketing and Creative team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
