A dynamic growing professional services firm with international reach is looking for a Marketing and Business Development Executive. The firm is entering a new phase of growth, requiring enhanced operational scalability and transformation capability.
You will play a hands-on role supporting our sector and market teams, helping to shape growth, strengthen client relationships and build our profile across our key markets. You’ll get involved in a range of activities, from campaigns and content through to pipeline management, events and targeting. It’s a varied role with broad exposure, giving you the opportunity to develop a well-rounded skillset and develop your career in a fast-moving, people-led firm.

Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised and commercially aware, with the confidence to work with stakeholders and enjoys being involved in a variety of activity.
- Experience in a marketing and/or business development role, ideally within a professional services or partnership environment
- Understanding of pipeline management, targeting and business development activity
- Confidence working with data and turning it into meaningful insight
- Excellent written communication skills, with experience creating content for different audiences and channels
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing where needed
- Experience supporting or delivering events
- Social media experience (LinkedIn and Instagram)
- Experience using CRM systems or marketing databases Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly InDesign)
