Our client, a highly successful London law firm, is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Executive to join its marketing and business development team on a permanent basis.

Our client is a highly regarded specialist law firm with a long-standing reputation for providing bespoke legal advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, businesses and entrepreneurs. With a strong focus on long-term relationships, the firm is well positioned to support clients across both their personal and commercial affairs.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join the firm's marketing and business development team in a broad, varied role supporting the delivery of the firm's marketing strategy. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering campaigns, digital communications, events and content initiatives, while working regularly with Partners and fee earners across the firm.
Key Duties include:
- Supporting the planning, delivery and evaluation of marketing campaigns across the firm's practice areas
- Creating, editing and publishing high-quality content across websites, social media, newsletters, email campaigns, videos, podcasts and other marketing channels
- Supporting the firm's digital marketing activity, including website updates, email marketing, social media and digital advertising
- Monitoring website analytics, social media engagement, SEO/GEO/AEO performance and wider marketing metrics, producing reports and insights to inform future activity
- Coordinating and delivering events, webinars, seminars and sponsorship activity from initial planning through to post-event evaluation
- Working with the Marketing Manager and external PR agency to identify media opportunities and track PR coverage
- Leading the preparation and coordination of legal directory and award submissions, working closely with Partners and other stakeholders
- Maintaining and developing marketing collateral including brochures, credentials, presentations, biographies, case studies and practice area materials
- Supporting BD activity, including updating and adapting pitches, credentials and other business development materials
- Taking a lead role in internal communications across channels including the firm's intranet, digital screens and email
- Supporting the firm's CRM activity, including contact management, mailing lists, event invitations and campaign reporting

Requirements

- Minimum two years' marketing experience within a professional services environment, desirably within the legal sector
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; Adobe Creative Suite experience, particularly InDesign, would be advantageous
