Marketing and Business Development Manager (Architecture)

£65,000-£80,000 p.a.
Clerkenwell, Full-Time, Part-Time, Flexible

An award-winning architecture and design practice is looking for an experienced and capable Marketing and Business Development Manager to support their business development function and generate and convert new business leads.

This is a new role within the practice which offers a chance to build and shape their business development strategy across a myriad of sectors, including housing, masterplanning, commercial, and healthcare.

The practice operates out of two offices, one in Clerkenwell, and one located internationally. The role is based in their London office, and is hands-on at the heart of their operations; you will be leading how they win work.

The ideal candidate has experience across marketing, business development, and bids, and is confident working closely with directors and liaising with clients in order to build relationships on behalf of the practice and win new work. You’ll also represent the practice at events and work closely with their Communications Manager and Bid Manager to support thought leadership and market positioning across the UK and beyond.
