Marketing and Business Development Manager (Architecture)
£65,000-£80,000 p.a.
Clerkenwell, Full-Time, Flexible
An award-winning architecture and design practice is looking for an experienced and personable Marketing and Business Development Manager to support their business development function and generate and convert new business leads.
This is a new position within the practice which provides a unique opportunity to shape their business development function, supporting their continued growth in the housing, masterplanning, and healthcare sectors, among others.
The practice operates out of two offices, one in Clerkenwell, and one located internationally. The role is based in their London office and is hands-on at the heart of their operations; you will be working closely with their bid and communications managers to lead how they win work.

Responsibilities:
- Support the business development function.
- Generate and convert new business leads.
- Work closely with directors and liaising with clients to build relationships and win new work.
- Support events, thought leadership, and market positioning across the UK and beyond.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience across marketing, business development, and bids.
- Confident working closely with directors and clients.
- Passionate about high-quality urban design.
- Experienced leading business development across architecture and built environment sectors.
