At DWF, our Real Estate practice is a key growth area within the business, supporting some of the most recognised organisations across the built environment sector. As Marketing & Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering client-focused growth initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders, priority clients and specialist marketing teams. This is an exciting opportunity to make a visible impact within a collaborative, fast-paced environment where creativity, commercial thinking and relationship-building are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager and Real Estate leadership team, you'll develop and deliver strategic marketing and business development initiatives that support practice growth, strengthen client relationships and enhance DWF's market profile.
- You'll take ownership of key campaigns, manage priority client programmes and identify opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.
- A significant focus of the role will be leading high-impact events and profile-raising activities, ensuring strong engagement before, during and after delivery to maximise return on investment.
- You'll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, clients and suppliers, while coordinating colleagues across service lines, sectors and geographies to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.

What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
- Proven experience developing and delivering business development strategies that support commercial growth.
- Strong track record of creating and executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns.
- Experience delivering high-profile events and post-event engagement activity that generates measurable outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders and clients.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Commercially minded with experience working within a professional services environment.
Desirable
- Experience supporting a Real Estate, Built Environment or related professional services practice.
- Experience working within an international or global organisation.
- Knowledge of client account management and strategic client development programmes.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams within a matrix environment.
- Ability to identify and implement innovative marketing approaches that enhance brand profile and client engagement.
- Professional qualification in Marketing, Business Development or a related discipline.
