About the role
We are looking for an experienced, organised and commercially minded Marketing & Business Support Manager to join our growing organisation.
This is a varied role combining marketing, communications, CRM management, business administration and sales support. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently managing multiple priorities.
You will play an important role in helping us develop our brand, strengthen our digital presence, support business development and ensure that our internal sales and administrative processes operate effectively.
The role would suit someone who has experience working in a small or growing organisation, where they have had responsibility across a broad range of marketing and business-support activities rather than being restricted to one specialist area.
Key responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
- Develop and deliver engaging B2B marketing content across our key channels.
- Create and manage LinkedIn content, including company posts, leadership content, articles, carousels and campaign content.
- Write and publish regular blogs, articles and thought-leadership content.
- Develop sector-specific marketing campaigns and supporting materials.
- Write and develop customer case studies, testimonials and success stories.
- Support the development of email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Create marketing collateral, presentations, guides and other digital materials.
- Work with senior colleagues to turn technical and complex subject matter into clear, engaging marketing content.
- Maintain consistency of brand, tone and messaging across all communications.
- Monitor engagement and performance of marketing activity and recommend improvements.
- Support webinars, events and other marketing activities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
