Marketing and Communications Executive – Perth

Bell Ingram is looking for an experienced and creative Marketing and Communications Executive to support the delivery of marketing activity across the business. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will take day-to-day ownership of Bell Ingram’s digital channels, content programme, events and marketing administration.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into effective campaigns, managing multiple projects and working with colleagues across a diverse professional services business.

Hours

This is a full time, permanent position but applications from candidates seeking part-time hours of at least three days per week will also be considered.

The Role

  • Manage Bell Ingram’s day-to-day social media presence, including planning, creating, scheduling and monitoring content.
  • Develop and maintain an engaging social media and content calendar.
  • Produce written and visual content for social media, the website, email marketing and internal channels.
  • Coordinate routine website updates and support the ongoing development of website content.
  • Implement the delivery of digital and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate the practical delivery of corporate events, agricultural shows, exhibitions and sponsorship activity.
  • Liaise with designers, printers, videographers, advertising agencies and other external suppliers.
  • Maintain the company’s library of photographs, videos, templates and branded materials.
  • Gather news, project updates and content from teams across the business.
  • Support recruitment marketing and employer-brand activity.
  • Assist with internal communications, including staff updates and events.
  • Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports covering website, social media, campaign activity.
  • Ensure communications are accurate, consistent and aligned with Bell Ingram’s brand.
  • Manage marketing enquiries, schedules, and other routine administration.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications and Skills

  • Relevant degree or qualification in marketing or communications.
  • Experience in professional services, property, rural business or another multi-service organisation would be helpful.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, communications, digital content or a similar role.
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Practical experience managing organisational social media channels.
  • Experience using content-management, email-marketing and social-media platforms.
  • Good visual judgement and experience using tools such as Canva.
  • Strong organisational and project-management skills.
  • Confidence working independently and managing competing deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating events, suppliers or campaigns.
  • An understanding of digital analytics and campaign reporting.
  • A proactive approach to gathering content and building relationships across a business.

The Location

Perth – Our headquarters, situated on the banks of the River Tay, has been home to Bell Ingram since 1962. This office has the largest team across all our locations, with specialists in Rural Land Management, Estate Agency, Architecture, Forestry, and Utilities. Our in-house Accounts Department, which provides financial services for clients and Bell Ingram itself together with our marketing team is also based here.
